Who teaches the lessons?
Stan Lee MBINI or Darcya Hamilton BOULINGUI BOULINGUI, the two teachers who wrote the FRANZA books. Meet them on their pages, then choose your teacher on the booking page after payment.
Why is the trial $5 and not free?
Free trials fill calendars with people who do not come. Five dollars keeps every slot for learners who mean it. If you continue, a code takes the $5 off your first plan.
Where do the lessons take place?
On Zoom. The link is in your confirmation email and comes again 10 minutes before the lesson. Nothing to install apart from Zoom.
Which time zone are the times in?
Yours. The calendar detects your time zone and shows every available slot in your local time.
Can I get a refund?
No. Lessons, plans and packs are non-refundable, including the trial. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before a lesson. That is why we ask you to take the trial first.
Can you prepare me for the TCF Canada, the TEF Canada or the DELF?
Yes. The exam pack works on every speaking and writing task with the real timing, and includes two full mock exams marked with the official criteria.
